In order to provide you with the efficient, high-quality service that you expect and deserve, we require that you supply the following information prior to the commencement of your project.

The Developer Guidelines explains what is expected and required of developers.
The Commercial Load Data Form will need to be completed for cost estimates and to determine if an existing power source can support the new project. This form relates to the following projects: Commercial, Multi-family residential and Light Industrial.
The Residential Load Data Form will need to be completed for cost estimates and to determine if an existing power source can support the additional load to the single family residence.
The Application for Electric Line Extension will need to be completed when submitting new development proposals. Print out this form, fill it out, and submit a hard copy of the plans for your project, as well as an electronic copy that should be in NAD 1983 Stateplane Colorado Central FIPS (feet). This will assist us in designing the electric system that will fit your specific needs. You will submit this form to the Utilities Department at 6745 116 S. Main Street, Fountain, CO 80817. Upon receipt you will receive a log number and a copy of this form to turn into the City of Fountain Planning Department, along with your other required documents.
