Available to all Full Time Employee
Medical/Dental (Meritain) Medical insurance plan is 85% paid by City and 15% paid by employee based on the employees' coverage option. Dental insurance plans are 100% paid by the City for employee and eligible family member(s). Coverage options include: Employee Only; Employee & Spouse; Employee & Child(ren); or Employee, Spouse, and Child(ren).
Vision (VSP) - Vision insurance plan is 100% paid by City for Employee only. Employee contribution for eligible family member(s).
Life Insurance - The City provides an employee with Life insurance worth 2 times an employees' annual salary in group term life insurance up to a $200,000 maximum at no cost to the employee. Optional Life insurance plans also available through employee contribution.
Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance - City paid
Retirement Plans - 401(a) and FPPA for Fire and Police Department Employees
Deferred Compensation - Additional wage percentage given to eligible employees' that can be contributed to an eligible 457(b) retirement plan.
Employee Assistance Programs - (Mines and Associates) Available to Full and Part Time employees.
