New Utilities Web Portal Coming Soon!
Coming on Thursday, July 18th, SilverBlaze is a modern and secure web platform that will be replacing Customer Connect 6, the existing resident web portal. SilverBlaze provides a one stop landing page for customer self-service and is available over smartphones, tablets and laptops. It will allow you to stay informed and pay bills with ease, as well as do all your account management through one portal. Some of the key SilverBlaze components:

• View bills and account history
• Make bill payments by web, phone, Pay by Text, Apple Pay etc.
• View and monitor usage etc.
• Modify accounts and profiles
• Manage multiple accounts
• Real time integration with the City’s Customer Information System

All existing Customer Connect 6 customer accounts will automatically migrate to SilverBlaze; but, if you set up Auto Pay (Pre-Authorized Payment) in Customer Connect 6, you will need to re-register due to PCI security regulations.
