A Title Company may request utility account information once the Account holder has provided written consent. To submit this request, please download the Consent for Release of Residential Customer Information.

Upon disconnection of utility service, a residential customer's final bill will be generated with seven (7) business days. Fountain Utilities does not provide closing estimates at this time.
