Fountain Youth Council Visits State Capitol - On Friday, April 29th, the Fountain Youth Council visited the State Capitol in Denver.

The trip was sponsored by Representative Mary Bradfield. Rep. Bradfield's Legislative Aide, Jerry Wheeker, hosted the Fountain Youth Council and introduced Councilmember Dr. Detra Duncan and the students as guests on the floor. Councilmember Duncan says that many representatives came and welcomed the Youth Council before they visited the House and Senate to witness and learn more about the process of passing legislation. 

The Fountain Youth Council also took a tour of the Capitol building and met with Fountain's Policy Consultant, William Mutch.
